“Infrastructure Availability and Information Security are the two most critical factors for our business. We had multiple vendors for product supply and services. We were looking for a vendor to provide end-to-end solution and services to ensure continuity and information security in our business. This required both optimizing the existing investment in the IT infrastructure as well as building roadmap and solution to meet our current and future business and IT requirements.
During our discussions with IT product manufacturers, they suggested us many vendors but looking by the prospect of the projects handled by them and their background we picked Momentum. Making a wrong choice would ruin all our efforts made. Also Momentum has a good experience of working with every many vendor – right from Microsoft, Citrix, HP, Symantec and SonicWALL etc.
Momentum’s technical team proposed centralized solution based on Citrix Presentation Server and Thin Client. They carried out a detailed proof-of-concept of the proposed solution and that gave us lot of confidence. Based on their experience and expertise we took a very significant decision of moving the distributed compute environment to centralized environment.
Momentum played a significant role in design, development & testing to successfully implement the Active Directory, Exchange 2003 and Automated Backup solution on foundation of Citrix. Further project required mammoth task of data migration from all the Desktops to Central Storage.
The entire project was completed to our satisfaction and is running successfully for last two years.
